Kacchi Kairi Paani for Golgappas


  • 2 raw mangoes peel and remove seeds
  • Cut into cubes
  • Take around 1 cup mint leaves
  • Half cup coriander leaves 3 green chillies or more as per taste
  • An inch of ginger
  • Salt
  • Black salt
  • Chat masala
  • Amchoor
  • Jeera powder
  • Jaljira powder optional


  • Blend in mixer like chutney
  • Take this in a bowl and add ice or cold water to it
  • Strain , chill and enjoy
